AWE wird nicht geladen

So, habe versucht das awe genau nach der Anleitung von Yoda zu Starten. Funtzt nicht weil bei den Angaben die man zusätzlich zum Server starten machen muss also:
C:\Programme\Activision\Call of Duty 2\CoD2MP_s.exe +set fs_game a3b9 +set dedicated 2 +exec deineserver.cfg +map_rotate

Da steht bei mir was von falscher Pfadangabe oder Dateinmnamen müssen richtig sein. Habe die AWE.cfg die heisst bei mir awe
dann meine Server.cfg die heisst deineserver.cfg
und das awe_server_logo und natürlich die iwd Datei iwd Datei b2
Die habe ich in einen ordner namens a3b9 in dem Pfad wo auch die exe Dateien sind. Der startet nichts davon. Beim admiral hats hingehauen. Was hab ich falsch?

So jetzt kriege ich es hin das der Server mit AWE startet. aber nicht alle funktionen dabei wie Stolperdraht und 2te Waffenauswahl.

Das habe ich jetzt zum start des servers eingegeben. Jetzt habe ich 3 Granaten und Mörser sind da . Aber viele andere Sachen gehen nicht.

Hoffe es kann mir einer helfen.
Ach so was WICHTIGES ist für lokal server zum testen der awe. cfg

Wie wäre es mit einer Kopie des Inhaltes deiner Config-Dateien? Mein Glaskugel zeigt leider nur an, daß du eventuell vergessen hast, die AWE-Config in deiner server.cfg zu starten oder daß diverse Befehle mit "//" ausgeklammert sind.

ansonsten läuft der Server alle nicht alle Funktionen des awes sind bei. Er zeigt auch an das awe audgeführt wird. Habe aber gerade auch entdeckt das er 2 Rotationen ausführt. Ansonsten weiss ich auch nicht weiter.

Meine Glaskugel hatte recht.
Ich sehe in deiner awe.cfg sehr viele von diesen Zeichenfolgen: //

// bedeutet, daß das, was dahinter steht, nicht als Befehl ausgeführt wird bzw. ignoriert wird.

Beispiel:
So sieht es bei dir aus:
// Minimum number of healthpoints in a healthpack (defailt 15)
//set awe_healthpacks_min "15"

Damit de Befehl ausgeführt wird, muß es aber so aussehen:
// Minimum number of healthpoints in a healthpack (defailt 15)
set awe_healthpacks_min "15"

Kurz gesagt: Alles was du ändern möchtest, aktiviertst du, indem du vor dem Befehl die beiden Slashs "//" entfernst.

Zusatztip (kleine Optimierung):
Den Befehl "exec awe.cfg" könntest du vor die Maprotation setzen und nicht gleich an den Anfang.

so,danke ersstmal für die Hilfe. so jetzt funtzt alles. Nur ein Prob noch. die Rauchgranaten wollen bei mir nicht. Wenn ich im AWE auf unlimited stelle ist alles da. Aber wenn ich das aus mache sind sie wieder weg. Sind auf der Server cfg auf 2 Granaten gestellt. Alles soweit aber richtig eingestellt. Weiss leider nicht warum er nicht die Smokes auf 2 nimmt. woran kann es liegen. Habe ich was vergessen. Weiss auch nicht ob was an Infos fehlt...
Danke erstmal. Die cfgs sind ja hier im Post drin. Da habe ich nix witer geändert ausser die Slashs weggemacht. Wie Mike gesagt hat.

Die rot markierten Werte sind falsch, da es sich um Schalter handelt, die nur auf "1" (= an) oder "0" (= aus) stehen dürfen.
Die Anzahl der Granaten sind bei AWE soweit ich mich erinnere nicht beliebig einstellbar.

Ne, die Anzahl ist nicht einstellbar bei AWE-CoD2 - geht nur bei COD/UO. Man kann das in irgendeiner gsc-Datei ändern, die muss dann nur auf dem Server liegen - allerdings darf dann die Zweitwaffen-Auswahl nicht aktiv sein.

Habe das mithilfer der Übersetzung gemacht Yoda. aber 4 oder mehr Augen sehen mehr. Aha habs verstanden. als in einer gsc Datei.
Gut dann bedeutet das was im AWE und der Server conf steht mit Set ganades einfach nur ob ja oder nein.

Such mal nach der weapons.gsc (vermutlich im AWE-Ordner).

und in dieser Datei nach dem Begriff Clip (oder clip size).
Ebentuell mußt du in den Granatendateien auch noch Änderungen vornehmen (startammo oder so).

Sorry, daß ich es nicht mehr genauer weiß. Mit AWE arbeite ich nicht mehr, seit das Dual-Weaponmenü und diverse Zusatzfeatures eingebaut wurden, die sich mit dem Rifle-Mod gebissen haben. Da ich aber Boltrifles liebe, habe ich inzwischen einen anderen Mod gewählt (extreme+).

Die Rot markierten Werte geben an, mit wieviel Granaten (im unteren Bereich sind die Rauchgranaten) die darüber aufgezählten Waffen bestückt werden.

Probier mal diese Änderung aus. Eventuell kannst du dir die Änderungen der Grantendateien sparen.

Coole Sache dieses. Danke. sind aktiv. aber nur eine Smoke obwohl ich an der besagten Stelle 2 geschrieben habe. Aber viele andere Interessante Sachen gefunden.
Nur 2 smokes habe ich nicht...Suche noch.
Vielleicht hast du mal einen Tipp wo man noch gucken kann.

Die Clipsize steht bei den Smokes standardmäßig auf 1.
In der bx.iwd (x =0,1,2) gibt es einen Weapons Ordner -> mp und dort liegen diverse rauchgranaten-Dateien. Ich vermute, daß du bei allen die clipSize auf 2 setzen mußt. Angaben ohne Gewähr.

Server läuft. aber das mit den 2 Smokes hat nicht hingehauen. Die normalen granaten hat er angenommen. Im AWE gibts diese Weapondatei. Und obwohl ich auch die Smokes auf 2 gestellt habe nimmt ers nicht.
Diese BX.iwd habe ich nicht gefunden. wo soll ide denn sein....???? smile

bx.iwd steht für dein Client-File: b0.iwd, b1.iwd, oder b2.iwd (je nachdem für welches Bloodpack du dich entschieden hast). Hier drin liegen die Rauchgranatendateien, die auf ClipSize 1 begrenzt sind.
