problem mit patch

ich hab cod neu installiert und dann wollt ich den patch installieren aber dann kam:

Setup could not locate a valid installation of Call of Duty.

Since we were unable to locate a valid installation, you will be promoted for the the location of Call of Duty, during the installation.

Call of Duty must be installed befor applying the patch.

Click OK to continue.

wenn ich dann auf ok geh kommt:

Setup could not locate a valid Call of Duty Cd Key.

Please re-enter your CD Key in the Multiplayer Option menu or reinstall Call of Duty to correct this problem.

Click OK to finish the installer.

kann mir jemand helfen?

so ich habs jetzt selber hinbekommen
nach 2 neuinstallationen gings einfach

Schwer merkwürdig trotz allem...

Es hätte eigentlich reichen müssen, den Key in den Mehrspieler-Optionen neu einzugeben.

Wir lassen es einfach mal stehen, vielleicht hilft es ja mal jemand anderem weiter...
