Ich dachte allerdings bisher, dass er die Mods nie öffentlicht released hat.
Die Mod hat er zum Download bereitgestellt..
Er will aber nicht weiter dran arbeiten (eventuell mal für CoD:WW)

Im Prinzip, ja.
Mach dir unter mods nen Ordner für die mod, pack die iwd und die mod.ff rein und eine standard server.cfg. In dieser kannst du dann aber noch modspezifische Einträge setzen und anpassen, die du unter dem Link findest, den ich oben gepostet habe (ohne die Einträge nimmt die Mod Defaultwerte an).

Ja, genau sowas hatte ich als Ursache auch vermutet.

Denk dran dass die config immer Befehle enthält; du solltest neue Dvars die du irgendwo findest dann entsprechend so einpflegen wie du es bei den bereits vorhandenen Befehlen siehst. Also brav set davor, keine Doppelpunkte und einen Wert je DVAR festlegen.
Außerdem sollte die Maprotation immer unbedingt ans Ende der config gesetzt werden; diese wird von oben nach unten abgearbeitet. Pack den Mod-spezifischen Block etwas weiter oben rein.
