Nachdem ich einen lokalen CoDWaW Server erstellt habe, der bisher auch durchhält, stehe ich vor dem Problem, das ich die Serverangaben nicht abfragen kann. Unter CoD, CodUO, und CoD2 nutzte ich dieses PHP Script:

Unter CoDWaW tut dies jedoch nicht funktionieren.
Hat evtl. einer der hiesigen Spezialisten eine Idee woran das liegen könnte? Oder hat sich gar die Abfrage der Serverdaten geändert?

Jupp, dies ist ein privater Home Server und jupp, da ist ein NAT Router davor. Das das private Netz angezeigt wird ist normal, denn bei CoD und CoD2 wird dies auch:
Achso, bin von einem richtigen Internet Server ausgegangen, aber so ist ok.

Wenn ich mir die Logdatei so anschaue, dann gab es offenbar seit Stunden keine Verbindung zu master5.evenbalance.com. Die letzten Einträge sind nur folgende:

Eigentlich alles im Grünen. Der Masterserver löst doch auf ( Resolved to [66.36.231.175]), die Version 1.0.1017 ist aktuell, das Hitch warning kannst du ignorieren.
Das lässt sich alles besser testen wenn du heute dein Spiel bekommst. Ich denke es läuft gar keine Map (was ergibt status in der console auf dem Server? Was serverinfo? ) oder mit dem Portforward auf dem Router ist was Stulle. (CoD5 macht sehr unsympatische UPnP Versuche, vermutlich um Nat Boxen zu konfigurieren. Ich hoffe die Linux Version lässt so ein Unsinn bleiben )
Ich behaupte mal ohne Netzwerk Trace oder einem Client zum testen kommst du jetzt nicht voran.

Das ergibt diese Meldung:
Server is not running.
Jetzt bin ich völlig verwirrt.
Ich hab da was übersehen. Du lädst zwar die Maprotation in deiner config, soweit so gut. Aber damit ist dem Server nur die Rotation bekannt. Du musst erst eine erste Startmap laden damit er anfängt die Rotation abzuarbeiten. Entweder fügst du an deinen Startbefehl hinten ein
+map_rotate an oder lädst direkt die erste Karte +map mp_airfield.
In beiden Fällen startet der Server und erst ab da wird die maprotation überhaupt abgearbeitet.

Verwirren tun mich folgende Einträge:
Zeile 5: Measured CPU speed is 0.00 GHz
Zeile 6: Total CPU performance is estimated as 0.01 GHz
Ja, ok -unschön aber nicht dramatisch. CoD rät anhand der CPU ID und anderer Parameter und schlägt entsprechende "empfohlene Einstellungen" vor. Wenn da wie bei dir Unsinn rauskommt geht dir diese Empfehlung verloren, ansonsten hat es keine Auswirkung.

Ja, normales zicken von CoD. Unschön ist aber typisch für die CoD Serie.

Ich hab keinen (Syntax)-Fehler erkennen können. Ändere mal den Startparameter auf
.\CoDWaWmp.exe" +set net_port "28968" +set dedicated 2 +set sv_punkbuster 1 +exec Cod5.cfg +map_rotate
oder lade die map von Hand in der console
\map mp_airfield
ich denke dann geht es schon.
